art piece, answer a few questions, explain why you
want to win the Groovee Fortune web page. The entries
will be judged on the 4 Ps - Person, Project, Passion
and Poverty. Who are you? What is your project?
Why are you so passionate about this project? Why
can't you come up with the money to get yourself
a web page? Groovee Fortune will pick 10 Finalist
from all the entries on Feb 7, 2008. Since Groovee
Fortune is celebrating the Chinese Year of the Golden
Pig it will take advantage of the Western and Eastern
New Years. Contest begins on New Years Day and Finalist
announced on Chinese New Year which rings in the
Year of the Ratt.

Wigs has won 2 craft challenges and inspires
this whole activity.
Groovee
Fortune has been celebrating the Year of the Wild
Boar and that will be over in February so we need
some new marketing ideas. If you are chosen for
the Challenge, you will need to email the photo
of your image to Groovee Fortune. A link to a video
will work as well.
THE
CHALLENGE
Create a project showing off your cool
project and feature the chinese symbol for "good
fortune", also the Groovee Fortune logo shown
here to the right. You can paint a picture, create
a cheese platter in the shape of the Chinese Fortune
symbol, dress up in fancy glitter suits and have
your band hold a giant fortune logo. Be as crafty
and creative as you can be!!!!
*You
can use any style of the good fortune symbol.
THE
AGREEMENT
By submitting a Crafy Project, you agree
to let Groovee Fortune use your image for promotional
purposes. You retain rights as well. If your images
is used, you will get credit for your work.

The Envelope Please
Winner
Announced in conjunction with kickoff of SXSW 2008.
One 1st prize winner will win a free web page with
hosting for one year with a newsletter. Winner must
pay for any shopping cart fees.
There
is no limit on the number of pages. No flash. No
databases. See the client
list and you will see what you will win. A web
page is only as good as your ideas. The winner must
be ready to start work on the web page within 2
months of winning. You can't win and start working
on it a year later.
The
finalists and winner will be posted on the Groovee
Fortune Web
Page and Blog.
Anyone
over 18 who lives in Austin, TX. Previous clients
are only eligible if they have a completely new
project Groovee Fortune hasn't heard about. You
cannot change the type of web project. If a musicians
signs up to win a band web page, they can not change
the project to a T-shirt company or an online gambling
site, etc. You can't transfer the web page to anyone
else. If you poop out, the 2nd place winner will
win the web page and retain all 2nd place prizes.
